Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking a Data Governance Manager to lead the local data governance strategy across functions. You will work with business leaders to drive reliable data for better decision-making, efficiency, and compliance while ensuring alignment with global guidelines.

You will promote enterprise data tools, define roles, and build capabilities, with a focus on data quality, privacy, and governance maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or related field.
• Experience in data governance, data management, data quality.
• Experience in multinational environment preferred.
• Clear English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build stakeholder support for data governance across functions and businesses.
• Turn business needs into a data governance roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Establish a local data governance operating model with defined roles and ownership.
• Improve data quality, consistency, security, privacy, retention, ethics and lineage.
• Promote enterprise data solutions and standard data domains/tools.
• Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement and data literacy.
• Participate in governance forums and escalate data issues when needed.
