Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia seeks a Portfolio Analyst to conduct data analytics on the portfolio of all HCID products and deliver both periodical and ad-hoc reports. You will represent Risk in cross-functional projects, contributing insights for strategic decisions and regulator communications.

Your role includes mining data from the Risk Data Warehouse, creating in-depth analyses, and collaborating with risk, finance, IT and other teams to drive portfolio development.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Math, CS or Engineering preferable.
• Proficiency in data mining using SQL, and data analysis and reporting using Excel.
• PowerBI/Tableau experience would be a plus.
• Knowledge of financial mathematics beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and SQL knowledge with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Data Mining and Analysis: Conduct data mining activities from the Risk Data Warehouse related to portfolio management.
• Reporting: Provide periodical reports and in-depth analysis on portfolio development to stakeholders & Regulatory Reporting and communication with regulator.
• Collaboration: Liaise with internal & external stakeholders within risk, finance, IT and other teams.
• Project Participation: Actively contribute as a representative of the Risk Department in cross-functional projects, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
