Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a seasoned Project Lead (Data Centre) to oversee the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data center developments. The role requires strategic leadership, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing complex, high-value infrastructure projects globally.

The candidate will lead site selection, design, construction, commissioning, and handover, directing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring milestones, budget, and specifications are met while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or data center projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering mission critical facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale and greenfield data center projects—from site selection and design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams to ensure milestones are met on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Champion safety, quality, and sustainability standards across all phases of development.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permitting requirements, and environmental standards.
• Project closure: final review of project’s financial performance and lessons learned.
