Job summary

EdgeConneX, based in Indonesia (Bekasi/Cikarang area), seeks a Technical Project Manager for Data Center to oversee design review, construction, commissioning, and handover. You will lead hyperscale data center delivery with tight schedules and budgets, coordinating MEP, IT, security and operations across the region.

Strong mechanical/electrical expertise and 10+ years in data center projects are required, with willingness to travel across Indonesia and SEA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering.
Proven experience leading data center projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and environmental permitting processes.

Responsibilities

Lead full project lifecycle from planning through handover, including design, procurement, and commissioning.
Monitor master schedules, budgets, and resource plans; establish governance and reporting.
Coordinate with MEP, IT, security, and operations to meet technical and schedule targets.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and contractual obligations.
Mentor junior engineers and manage vendor/contractor performance.
