Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking a Technical Project Manager for data centre development in Cikarang, West Java. You will lead the full lifecycle from planning and design to construction and handover, coordinating electrical, mechanical, IT and operations disciplines to meet schedule and budget.

Require a strong mechanical/electrical engineering background and extensive experience with large-scale facilities, plus familiarity with Indonesian permitting and environmental compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in data centre construction or hyperscale infrastructure delivery.
• Proven delivery of large-scale Tier III+ or equivalent facilities in SE Asia.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background with cooling, power and controls knowledge.
• Experience with 150 kV grid intake, campus-scale developments and energisation strategy.
• Experience managing EPC/design‑and‑build contracts and complex contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Own master schedules, budgets, resource plans and risk registers.
• Coordinate design reviews across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, civil, fire protection and IT.
• Manage EPC, design‑and‑build and contractor performance including variations and claims.
• Direct delivery of critical infrastructure and high/medium voltage systems.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and reliability verification.
• Ensure Indonesian permitting and environmental compliance (AMDAL, PBG, PB, SLF, UKL-UPL).
• Engage with government, utilities, communities and stakeholders for compliant handover.
