Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in civil/structural roles, including data centres, with BIM and Revit proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years in civil/structural engineering with at least 3 years on data centre projects.
• Experience in commercial/industrial scale construction.
• Proficient with BIM and Revit.
• Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all civil and structural aspects of data centre construction projects, ensuring design and safety compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and integrity of work.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities and compliance documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for a safe working environment.
