Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity planning across Indonesia to support growth.
• Own mobilization activities for new business wins and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Support business development and tender processes with capacity modeling and scalability assessments.
• Engage stakeholders and clients to ensure growth plans are practical and executable.
• Monitor mobilization performance, utilization trends, and risks to drive improvements.
