THE TEAM

CBRE DCS Indonesia is a fast-growing, high-performance organization supportinghyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre clients across Indonesia.

To support continued growth and business expansion, CBRE is seeking anexperienced Capacity Manager who will serve as a key enabler of growth,ensuring the organization has the people, technical capability, mobilizationreadiness, and operational scalability required to successfully deliver newcontracts and expand existing client portfolios.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Capacity Manager, Indonesia is responsible for enabling and acceleratingbusiness growth by ensuring CBRE DCS Indonesia maintains the right capacity,organizational structure, and mobilization readiness to support new businessopportunities and expanding client requirements nationwide.

Working closely with Business Development, Operations, Technical Services, andHuman Resources teams, this role plays a critical part in:

• New contract mobilizations
• RFP and tender support
• Strategic workforce and capacity planning
• Operational scalability and growth readiness

Key Responsibilities

Capacity Planning & Growth Enablement

• Lead and manage capacity planning across Indonesia.
• Develop and maintain forward-looking resource, capability, and mobilizationplans aligned with the business growth pipeline.
• Act as the central coordination point to ensure business growth remainsaligned with operational delivery capability.
• Identify capacity constraints and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Mobilization Management

• Own and lead mobilization activities for new business wins.
• Coordinate mobilization activities across Operations, Technical Services,QHSE, HR, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Conduct post-mobilization reviews and drive continuous improvementinitiatives.

Business Development & Tender Support

• Support Business Development and tender processes through capacity modeling,mobilization strategies, and scalability assessments.
• Ensure proposals are operationally viable and aligned with deliverycapabilities.
• Participate in client presentations, bid reviews, and tender clarificationmeetings as required.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Indonesia and the widerAPAC DCS organization.
• Build strong working relationships with business leaders, operations teams,technical teams, and support functions.
• Support client confidence by ensuring growth plans are practical,sustainable, and executable.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

• Monitor mobilization performance, capacity utilization trends, and growthrisks.
• Identify opportunities to improve mobilization effectiveness andorganizational scalability.
• Support the development and standardization of capacity planning andmobilization frameworks across Indonesia.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of data centre operations, critical facilities, ormission-critical environments.
• Experience supporting business growth, mobilization programs, or operationalexpansion initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how business growth impactsoperational delivery.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset.

Background & Experience

• Proven experience within data centres, critical facilities, facilitiesmanagement, engineering services, or operational delivery environments.
• Demonstrated exposure to new contract mobilizations, business developmentsupport, capacity planning, and operational scaling.
• Experience managing projects or initiatives across multiple sites andstakeholders is highly desirable.
• Leadership or coordination experience within matrixed organizationspreferred.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian data centre market and regulatory environmentis advantageous.
