Job summary

CBRE Data Centre Solutions Indonesia is seeking an experienced Capacity Manager to enable and accelerate growth by ensuring the organisation has the right capacity, mobilisation readiness, and scalable delivery to pursue new business opportunities nationwide.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Technical Services, and HR to drive new contract mobilisations, capacity planning, and operational scaling across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capacity planning across Indonesia.
• Develop and maintain forward-looking resource, capability, and mobilisation plans aligned with the growth pipeline.
• Act as the central coordination point to ensure growth remains aligned with delivery capability.
• Identify capacity constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
• Own and lead mobilisation activities for new business wins.
• Coordinate mobilisation across Operations, Technical Services, QHSE, HR, Procurement, and Finance.
• Conduct post-mobilisation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Business Development and tender processes through capacity modelling, mobilisation strategies, and scalability assessments.
• Ensure proposals are operationally viable and aligned with delivery capabilities.
• Participate in client presentations and tender reviews as required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Indonesia and the wider APAC DCS organization.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, operations, technical teams, and support functions.
• Support client confidence by ensuring growth plans are practical and executable.
• Monitor mobilisation performance, capacity utilisation trends, and growth risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve mobilisation effectiveness and scalability.
• Support development of capacity planning and mobilisation frameworks across Indonesia.

To support continued growth and business expansion, CBRE is seeking an experienced Capacity Manager who will serve as a key enabler of growth, ensuring the organization has the people, technical capability, mobilisation readiness, and operational scalability required to successfully deliver new contracts and expand existing client portfolios.

Role Purpose

The Capacity Manager, Indonesia is responsible for enabling and accelerating business growth by ensuring CBRE DCS Indonesia maintains the right capacity, organisational structure, and mobilisation readiness to support new business opportunities and expanding client requirements nationwide.

Working closely with Business Development, Operations, Technical Services, and Human Resources teams, this role plays a critical part in:

• New contract mobilisations
• RFP and tender support
• Strategic workforce and capacity planning
• Operational scalability and growth readiness

Key Responsibilities

Capacity Planning & Growth Enablement

• Lead and manage capacity planning across Indonesia.
• Develop and maintain forward‑looking resource, capability, and mobilisation plans aligned with the business growth pipeline.
• Act as the central coordination point to ensure business growth remains aligned with operational delivery capability.
• Identify capacity constraints and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Mobilisation Management

• Own and lead mobilisation activities for new business wins.
• Coordinate mobilisation activities across Operations, Technical Services, QHSE, HR, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Conduct post‑mobilisation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Business Development & Tender Support

• Support Business Development and tender processes through capacity modelling, mobilisation strategies, and scalability assessments.
• Ensure proposals are operationally viable and aligned with delivery capabilities.
• Participate in client presentations, bid reviews, and tender clarification meetings as required.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Indonesia and the wider APAC DCS organization.
• Build strong working relationships with business leaders, operations teams, technical teams, and support functions.
• Support client confidence by ensuring growth plans are practical, sustainable, and executable.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

• Monitor mobilisation performance, capacity utilisation trends, and growth risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve mobilisation effectiveness and organisational scalability.
• Support the development and standardisation of capacity planning and mobilisation frameworks across Indonesia.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Background & Experience

• Proven experience within data centres, critical facilities, facilities management, engineering services, or operational delivery environments.
• Demonstrated exposure to new contract mobilisations, business development support, capacity planning, and operational scaling.
• Experience managing projects or initiatives across multiple sites and stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Leadership or coordination experience within matrixed organisations preferred.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian data centre market and regulatory environment is advantageous.
