Job summary

PT CBRE Consultancy Services is seeking a Data Center Day Technician to support on-site ICT infrastructure operations in a data center environment. You will monitor vendor activities, verify permits, and assist with maintenance and project work following SOPs and safety requirements.

You will provide remote hands support for servers, network devices, storage systems, and other ICT infrastructure, while helping with installation, relocation, labeling, and decommissioning tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to read technical documentation, rack layouts, and basic network diagrams.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendors, contractors, and third-party providers in the data center.
• Verify work permits, maintenance scopes, and access before work.
• Support ICT maintenance, installation, and project activities per MOP/SOP.
• Provide remote hands support for servers, network devices, storage, and other ICT infra.
• Assist equipment installation, relocation, replacement, labeling, and decommissioning.
