Job summary

Terralink Talent Solutions in Bekasi is seeking an HVAC testing and commissioning specialist to inspect, test, validate and accept data-center HVAC systems. You will read drawings, develop testing plans and collaborate with the Delivery Manager to align schedules and methods.

You should have a D3 in a related field and at least two years of hands-on HVAC and testing experience, with proficiency in reading technical drawings and using Microsoft Office. English at work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in HVAC Eng, Mechanical Eng, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Eng or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant HVAC, construction, installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning experience.
• Understanding of HVAC system architecture, equipment operating principles, installation processes, and testing and commissioning methods.
• Ability to read technical drawings, system layouts, specifications and project documents.
• Ability to use technical drawing software and Microsoft Office and write testing reports and technical documentation.
• Good teamwork, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills; ability to use English at work.
• Hands-on experience in Data Center projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, commission, validate and accept data-center HVAC systems.
• Assist Delivery Manager with project plans, workflows and testing schedules.
• Prepare HVAC testing plans, method statements, checklists and execution procedures.
• Read and check drawings, specifications, HVAC system layouts and project documents.
• Test cooling systems and HVAC equipment with suitable instruments; analyze results and resolve issues.
• Ensure testing complies with safety and quality procedures; prepare inspection, testing, evaluation and acceptance reports.
• Support training, skills evaluation and internal knowledge sharing; follow project procedures and documentation systems.
