Princeton Digital Group is seeking an Assistant HSE Manager to drive health, safety, and environmental standards across our construction project site in Indonesia. You will be a key contact for day-to-day safety, ensure policy implementation, monitor contractor compliance, conduct risk assessments, and promote a proactive Zero Harm culture among internal teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s in engineering, OHS, environmental science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HSE experience in large-scale projects.
• Valid Ahli K3 Umum and/or Ahli K3 Konstruksi certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001/ISO 14001, and permit-to-work.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a key site safety contact and drive HSE improvements.
• Develop, implement, and review HSE policies and site safety programs.
• Ensure risk assessments, permit-to-work controls, and safe work procedures are followed.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and HSE walkthroughs.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Report HSE performance data and trends to management and client.
