Job summary

Digital Edge is seeking a Construction Health and Safety Manager to lead HSE across Indonesia’s construction portfolio. Based in Cikarang with regular travel, you will align sites with Digital Edge standards, manage high-risk activities, and drive contractor accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Health and Safety experience, including leadership across large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience in H&S risk management within complex environments, including data centers or major construction.
• Strong practical understanding of high-risk activities and associated controls (work at height, lifting, electrical, energy isolation, temporary works, excavation, confined spaces and hot work).
• Demonstrated experience working with General Contractors and subcontractors to strengthen Health and Safety performance and accountability.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across site teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Health and Safety across the Indonesia construction portfolio, driving contractor accountability and performance.
• Drive consistent implementation of Digital Edge Health and Safety standards and programs across all active projects.
• Provide leadership and oversight of high-risk construction activities and related controls on site.
• Work with construction and project management teams to integrate Health and Safety into planning and execution.
• Coordinate risk-based assurance including inspections, audits and high-risk reviews, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Monitor safety performance, leading indicators and incidents to inform leadership and priorities.
