Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Data Center Electrical Engineer to ensure availability, capacity, reliability, and safe operation of electrical infrastructure for high-density GPU racks and cooling systems. Responsibilities cover PDUs, busways, and rack feeds within the data hall, collaborating with switchgear, transformers, UPS, and OEM specialists.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in electrical engineering, 3–5 years in mission-critical facilities, and strong knowledge of power

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on experience with mission-critical electrical infrastructure.
• Experience with PDUs, RPPs, busways, circuit breakers, and rack power distribution.
• Ability to read SLDs and electrical schematics.
• English is required (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Monitor electrical capacity, redundancy, alarms, and power-quality conditions in the data hall.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of data hall electrical systems.
• Coordinate incident investigations with BDx engineers, L1 technicians, IT/GPU teams, and OEM specialists.
• Provide 24×7 shift/on-call support for critical electrical incidents.
• Follow safety procedures (LOTO, permit-to-work, SOP, MOP, EOP).
