Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a senior Facility Engineer (HV Electrical) to oversee safe, reliable operation and maintenance of critical HV/LV electrical infrastructure in a mission-critical data centre environment.

You will ensure uptime, compliance, and continuity of power systems from utility intake to rack distribution. You will lead preventive maintenance, coordinate HV switching, supervise technicians and contractors, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strict safety and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in electrical operations and maintenance with HV exposure.
• At least 3 years in a mission-critical environment, preferably a data centre.
• Strong knowledge of data centre power infrastructure (HV/MV, transformers, gens, UPS).
• Understanding of N+1 and 2N redundancy concepts.
• Experience supervising technicians, contractors and vendors.
• Proficiency with CMMS like Maximo, Corrigo, Planon.
• Proficient in EPMS, BMS, and monitoring systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• HV/MV competency or Authorized Person certification.
• K3 Listrik certification highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain HV/MV electrical infrastructure.
• Plan preventive maintenance activities to keep assets reliable.
• Support HV Authorised Person activities and HV switching.
• Coordinate protection relay testing and power quality assessments.
• Review maintenance work orders in CMMS for accuracy and compliance.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve reliability.
• Monitor system performance and capacity for growth.
• Supervise Facilities Technicians and guide development.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers to meet safety and quality standards.
• Review method statements and risk assessments before maintenance.
• Prepare and execute MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs.
• Support change management and maintenance windows.
• Assist with spare parts management and lifecycle planning.
• Contribute to monthly reports and audits.
