Job summary

Redpath Partners in Jakarta is seeking a senior Construction Project Manager to lead data center construction projects from design development through handover.

You will oversee procurement, mobilization, construction, testing and commissioning, and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. The role requires 10+ years in construction PM and 5+ years in a senior leadership role, with strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center construction projects from design development through handover.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site teams with clear targets.
• Develop and control master schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports; drive value engineering.
• Secure all mandatory permits, certifications, and licenses with authorities and stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and establish contingency plans to safeguard execution.
• Direct QA, on-site inspections, and testing & commissioning workflows to meet specs.
• Provide data-driven performance updates to senior leadership.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and capture post-handover insights.
