Redpath Partners in Jakarta is seeking a senior Construction Project Manager to lead data center construction projects from design development through handover.

You will oversee procurement, mobilization, construction, testing and commissioning, and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. The role requires 10+ years in construction PM and 5+ years in a senior leadership role, with strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead data center construction projects from design development through handover.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site teams with clear targets.
• Develop and control master schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports; drive value engineering.
• Secure all mandatory permits, certifications, and licenses with authorities and stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and establish contingency plans to safeguard execution.
• Direct QA, on-site inspections, and testing & commissioning workflows to meet specs.
• Provide data-driven performance updates to senior leadership.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and capture post-handover insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee data center construction projects from design development, procurement, and mobilization through construction, testing and commissioning, and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site teams, setting clear targets and accountability for performance across the project portfolio.
• Develop and control master schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports, and drive value engineering to optimize cost and delivery.
• Secure all mandatory building permits, certifications, and operational licenses while managing ongoing relations with local authorities, utility providers, landlords, and external stakeholders.
• Identify supply chain bottlenecks, schedule conflicts, and site constraints early, establishing robust contingency plans to safeguard project execution.
• Direct construction quality assurance, on-site inspections, and T&C (testing & commissioning) workflows to meet design specifications and mission-critical standards.
• Provide continuous portfolio visibility senior leadership through clear, data-driven performance updates and reporting.
• Maintain oversight of health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring complete compliance with corporate governance and Indonesian regulatory requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation—from scope tracking to change orders—and capture post-handover insights to elevate continuous improvement.

The successful candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in data center or mission-critical facilities
• Experience in delivering large-scale construction projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations.
