Multi Bintang Indonesia is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead the development and execution of the company's analytics strategy, partnering with business functions to deliver insights and elevate analytics maturity across the organization.

Reporting to the Head of Digital & Technology, you will build a 3-year roadmap, lead a small analytics team, and collaborate with APAC and global teams to drive data-driven decisions that matter.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in Data Analytics/BI/Data Science with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience beyond transactional reporting with D&A technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing/distribution preferred; regional/global exposure.
• Azure data stack exposure is a plus.

This role is here to build the company’s analytics backbone and accelerate data-driven decision-making.
You will report to the Head of Digital & Technology and partner with all business functions to define and deliver a high-impact analytics roadmap.

Job Purpose

Lead the development and execution of company’s Data & Analytics strategy and roadmap.Partner with business functions to deliver insights, enable data-driven decisions, and elevate analytics maturity from basic reporting to advanced AI-enabled solutions. #DoSomethingThatMatters

Main Responsibilities

• Define and implement a 3-year Data & Analytics roadmap aligned with business priorities and global standards.
• Deliver BI and advanced analytics solutions to unlock business value across functions.
• Capture requirements from business partners and translate them into actionable analytics use cases.
• Lead and develop a small analytics team; manage vendors and regional/global stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and optimize cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with APAC Center of Expertise and global teams to deploy and scale solutions.

Candidate Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics/BI/Data Science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in analytics beyond transactional reporting; hands-on experience with D&A technologies and platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to manage teams.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution is preferred; telco, retail, or relevant consulting backgrounds are also welcome.
• Experience working with regional/global stakeholders and managing vendors.
• Exposure to the Azure data stack (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and ML) is an added value.
