Job summary

Multi Bintang Indonesia, part of the HEINEKEN family, is seeking a Warehouse Administrator on a 6-month contract based in Tangerang. You will manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliance with excise and safety standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with SAP experience an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome. Join a historic beer company and contribute to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Technical field.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or related certification are welcome to apply.
• Quick to learn and adapt, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-decision environment.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang office and work on a 6-month contract.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular stock takes to maintain data accuracy and traceability.
• Receive, sort, store, deliver, and supply processes per SOP to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure incoming/outgoing materials are accurate and FIFO/FEFO controlled.
• Document and process data per SOP for data accuracy and traceability.
• Monitor performance and report KPIs for areas of responsibility.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance per hygiene standards.

Job Purpose

As aWarehouse Administrator(contract-based), youwillbe responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring data accuracy, smooth material flow, proper documentation, and compliance with excise and safety standards. You’llhelpmaintainoperational efficiency and ensure that all warehouse activities run according to company SOPs. #DoSomethingThatMatters

Main Responsibilities

• Perform regular stock takes as per SOP in order to maintain data accuracy and product or material traceability.
• Perform receiving, sorting, storing, delivering, and supplying processes as per SOP to maintain smooth warehouse operation.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing materials or shipments are accurate and free of damage and FIFO/FEFO delivery are controlled adequately.
• Perform documentation and data processing as per SOP to ensure on-time data accuracy and product/material traceability.
• Perform regular measurement, report, and general review of performance for each area of responsibility to ensure KPI achievement.
• Perform regular monitoring for good housekeeping and safety implementation as per hygiene and safety standards to ensure a ‘good and safe place for work.

Candidate Criteria

• Bachelor's degree (Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Technical).
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or related certification are welcome to apply.
• Quick to learn and adapt, proactive, and comfortable in an open-minded, fast-decision environment.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang office and working on contract basis for 6 months.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations orlogisticsis preferred.
