Job summary

HEINEKEN Indonesia (Multi Bintang Indonesia) is seeking a senior Sales Analytics leader based in Jakarta. You will guide a team of Sales Analysts, shape annual forecasts, and design robust Power BI dashboards to drive data-driven decisions across global, regional, and local stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with commercial leaders, automate reports, and streamline reporting processes to support growth and market wins while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales analytics or related roles.
• At least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in automation of reports.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual forecasts and market share projections.
• Build, automate and optimize Power BI dashboards and reporting systems.
• Ensure data accuracy across SAP, DIS, and PBI platforms.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders for data-driven decision‑making.
• Mentor and develop a team of Sales Analysts.
• Drive reporting process improvements and sales process optimization.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual forecasts and market share projections
• Build, automate and optimize Power BI dashboards and reporting systems

Candidate Criteria

• Minimum 8 years in sales business analytics or related roles
• At least 2 years in a managerial position
• Experienced in automation of reports
• Strong business acumen and technical proficiency in analytics tools
• Experience in FMCG sales is a strong plus
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and SAP
