Job summary

Y Ventures Group is hiring an Operations Analyst (Data & Automation) in a hybrid Jakarta role. You will build ETL flows, internal tools, dashboards and AI-assisted workflows to support logistics operations.

Fresh graduates are welcome if they have internship or project experience, and you will work with the Logistics team to gather requirements, document SOPs and deliver reliable data solutions. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Data or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome with relevant internship/project experience.
• Experience building at least one end-to-end project used by others.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ETL flows producing deterministic outputs.
• Create internal web tools for operational data with input validation and audit trails.
• Design and maintain database schemas with constraints to keep data clean.
• Build dashboards and reports on top of the data platform.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows with appropriate checks.
• Write tests for known-input/expected-output cases.
• Document tools shipped with purpose, inputs/outputs, deployment and testing.
• Collaborate with Logistics to gather requirements and improve tools.
