Stie Yai is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support the GTF Lending Operations team in Jakarta. You will assist with data requests, maintain data accuracy, and help monitor dashboards to ensure performance visibility.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates with basic Excel skills and a strong eagerness to learn about data analytics and BI, plus good communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

About the Team

The GTF Lending Operations team supports the consumer lending business by managing the entire operational lifecycle, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Quality Assurance (QA), Operation Support, CRM Operations, Anti-Fraud, and Customer Service. The team operates with a customer-first mindset and provides a 360-degree view of lending operations. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will partner with these units, acting as their data liaison to ensure they have the insights necessary to protect the business and serve customers.
