GoTo Financial is seeking a Data Analyst Intern within the Lending Operations team. You will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of data and daily operations, ensuring teams have the information they need to run smoothly.

You will learn how data drives operational decisions, develop reporting and dashboard skills, and contribute to Know Your Customer, QA, and CRM workflows as you grow in a real-world BI environment.

Qualifications

• Currently in final year of university or a recent graduate.
• Basic Excel skills including formulas, filtering and data entry.
• Strong interest in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Good communication with operational stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, curious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Operational Requests: Manage and prioritize data-related queries from operations.
• Maintain Data Accuracy: Perform routine data refreshes for continuity and accuracy.
• Monitor Dashboards: Update operational dashboards for a clear performance view.
• Extract Insights: Run ad-hoc data pulls to answer time-sensitive questions.
• Develop Reporting: Help design and build new operational reports as you grow.
