Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or Mathematics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet Dashboard, Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas and charts.
• Familiarity with data visualization.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create data visualizations and enhance interactive dashboards for Talent Acquisition using Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet Dashboard.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to support accurate reporting and analysis.
• Monitor dashboard performance, ensure data is regularly updated, and troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team
