Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filtering, data entry).
• Demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn about data analytics and business intelligence.

The GoTo Financial Lending Operations team is the engine that keeps our consumer lending business running safely, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset. We are a dynamic, cross‑functional group covering the entire operational lifecycle, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Quality Assurance (QA), Operation Support, CRM Operations, Anti‑Fraud, and Customer Service.
