TP is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Indonesia to support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. You will create and maintain Power BI reports, collect and validate operational data, and prepare daily to monthly performance summaries to help improve business performance and efficiency.

You will monitor contact center KPIs, automate reporting with Google Sheets and Apps Script, and collaborate with Operations and WFM to meet business needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, data analytics, statistics, or related field.
• Proficient in Power BI, Power Query and DAX.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development preferred.
• Knowledge of contact center or BPO operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work rotating 24/7 shift including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze operational data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor contact center KPIs such as Service Level, AHT, ASA, and Abandonment Rate.
• Automate reporting processes using Google Sheets and Apps Script.
• Identify performance trends and provide insights for improvement.
• Work closely with Operations, WFM, and other teams to support business needs.
• Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time.
