Job summary

You will collaborate with data engineers, apply segmentation methods, develop predictive models, and ensure data integrity in reporting while continuously improving data processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of basic statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
• Experience in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with data cleaning and transformation processes.
• Exposure to ML/AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends and insights from internal and external datasets.
• Coordinate with data engineers to prepare, clean, and transform datasets for analysis.
• Develop segmentation methods and test alternative quantitative methodologies.
• Support data-driven decision-making with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy in reporting and analysis.
• Identify improvements for data intake, validation, mining, and reporting processes.
