Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or other relevant quantitative disciplines.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a relevant analytical role; fresh graduates welcome with demonstrated skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Strong mathematical and quantitative skills to support data collection, measurement, analysis, and interpretation.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with Python or R is preferred.
• Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio/Data Studio, Metabase, or equivalent).
• Ability to develop clear, insightful, and visually compelling reports and presentations.
• Familiarity with statistical methods is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define business problems and analytical objectives by translating business needs into clear questions, objectives, and success metrics.
• Assess data feasibility and requirements, including data sources, limitations, and the appropriate analytical approach and end product.
• Prepare, validate, and analyze data by developing data models/marts, performing data testing, and identifying meaningful patterns and insights.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports that effectively communicate findings and answer key business questions.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through clear data storytelling tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions are feasible, relevant, aligned with business priorities, and continuously improved through feedback loops.
