Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in data analysis, strong SQL, and experience with Tableau or Power BI and Excel, with a focus on data cleaning, transformation, and model development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistic, Math, Computer Science, Informatics, or relevant field.
• 3+ years of work experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
• Experience in using SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with data cleaning and transformation processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from internal and external datasets, to utilize advanced analytical techniques to support business objectives.
• Coordinate with data engineer for prepare, clean, and transform data sets for analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in developing and applying segmentation methods, testing alternative quantitative methodologies, and conducting data-driven research.
• Work closely with the Data Analyst Manager and cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy in reporting and analysis. Regularly review data for errors and discrepancies.
• Identify and suggest improvements for data intake, validation, mining, and reporting processes to increase efficiency.
• Support the development and enhancement of data models and predictive models, leveraging different data platforms and tools as required.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating new data sources, tools, and techniques to improve the quality and depth of analysis.
