Job summary

Dexa Group is seeking a Data Analyst to prepare, validate, and maintain sales data for reporting and insightful analysis. You will build dashboards and reports using BI tools to track sales KPIs and support decisions for sales initiatives and principal partnerships.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data flow is complete and timely, enabling strategic alignment with business goals. This is a full-time, on-site position at Head Office Bintaro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, mathematics or statistics.
• 2–3 years of experience.
• Advanced skills in office software for reporting and presentation.
• Good knowledge of data warehouse concepts.
• Familiar with backend data processing is a plus.
• Experience with BI tools such as QlikView/QlikSense.
• Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server DBs.

Job description

As Data Analyst primarily focuses on preparing and maintaining sales-related data, ensuring data readiness for reporting, and delivering actionable insights that enable data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

• Align analysis requirements with available sales processes and data sources, including sell-in/sell-out and promotional data.
• Prepare and validate sales-related data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and business reports using tools such as Qlikview, Airflow, Metabase, Streamlit, and Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and principal.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and data insights to support decision-making for sales initiatives, product performance reviews, and principal partnership activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete and timely data flow, enabling effective monitoring and strategic alignment with business goals.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Mathematics or Statistics
• Min. 2 - 3 years of experience
• Advanced skills using office software for reporting and presentation
• Good knowledge of the Data Warehouse development concept
• Understanding of back end data processing is a plus
• Experience using BI Tools such as Qlikview or QlikSense
• Familiar with RDBMS Databases such as Oracle and SQL Server
• Familiarity with DML/DDL SQL processing will be an advantage
• Willing to work full time and on-site in Head Office Bintaro
