Job summary

PT. Diamond Cold Storage (Diamond) is seeking a Production Associate Manager to oversee Milk & Juice production lines in Cibitung, Bekasi.

You will lead a skilled team, plan manpower, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and safety standards while driving continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering or Food Technology and at least 5 years as Dairy Production Supervisor in FMCG/beverages, with SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Food Technology.
• At least 5 years as Dairy Production Supervisor in FMCG/beverages.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily Milk & Juice Production to meet targets, quality and efficiency.
• Lead and supervise the production team, including manpower planning and performance management.
• Ensure production processes comply with GMP, HACCP, quality and safety standards.
• Handle and monitor Aseptic Line Production for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning and related departments.
