Job summary

Diamond Cold Storage seeks a Supervisor Production for its dairy, pudding and jelly lines. You will supervise daily dairy production activities, monitor aseptic line production, and drive targets, quality and efficiency across shifts.

You will lead production teams, coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering and Warehouse, and analyze performance to support continuous improvement. Strong GMP/HACCP knowledge and SAP/Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Food Manufacturing, preferably Dairy & Beverages.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Experience handling Aseptic Line Production.
• Good knowledge of GMP & HACCP.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner, adaptable, and target-oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi.
