Job summary

PT Indolakto is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead end-to-end processing design, tendering and procurement for dairy projects in Jakarta. The role requires 5+ years in dairy processing design, strong knowledge of processing equipment, capacity balance, and hygienic engineering design, plus excellent communication and project execution skills.

You will coordinate with suppliers, review RFQs, and ensure RFQ/vendor alignment while meeting safety and ergonomics requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Dairy Processing Design.
• Experience in process design, tender, procurement, and project execution.
• Strong understanding of processing equipment, capacity balance, and hygienic design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willing to travel for business needs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing design, tender & procurement, execution & SAT.
• Ensure alignment between RFQ and vendor proposals.
• Ensure processing design considering capacity balance and production sequence, hygienic engineering design, safety and ergonomics.
• Create and follow up internal & external approval documentation, drawing and administration.
• Update and report tender procurement progress to Project Manager.
