PISON Group is seeking a hardworking Daily Worker Runner to join our hospitality team in Indonesia. You will assist the service team in delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the correct tables, ensuring accuracy and promptness.

You will coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service staff to maintain smooth operations, keep dining areas clean, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards. Strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work weekends are essential;

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Daily Worker Runner, Food Runner, or similar hospitality role.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant service standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely food and beverage delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Teamwork, coordination, and time management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to join immediately is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Assist the service team in delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly per tickets.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Verify orders before delivery for accuracy and presentation.
• Support Waiters/Waitresses during peak service periods.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery as required.
• Keep tables, stations, and dining areas clean and organized.
• Assist with table setup and preparation before, during, and after service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Adhere to SOPs and established service standards.
• Support operational team with additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist the service team in delivering food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the correct tables.
• Ensure food and beverages are delivered accurately and promptly according to order tickets and service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
• Verify food and beverage orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and proper presentation.
• Support Waiters/Waitresses in maintaining smooth workflow during service periods.
• Assist in clearing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and other items from tables when required.
• Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are kept clean, tidy, and organized.
• Assist with table setup and preparation before, during, and after service.
• Handle food, beverages, and service equipment carefully and safely.
• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and personal grooming standards throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times.
• Follow company SOPs and established service standards.
• Support the operational team with additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Daily Worker Runner, Food Runner, or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
