Job summary

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon in Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented floristry assistant to care for indoor plants in the lobby, restaurant, and outlets. You will water, dust, and create flower arrangements as requested by management or guests, and ensure fresh flowers are provided across outlets, guest rooms, and public spaces.

This welcoming role requires at least 1 year of similar experience, strong customer service, and good communication to delight our guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity preferred.
• Service oriented with an eye for details.
• Good communication and customer contact skills.

Responsibilities

• Take care of all indoor pot plants, in the lobby, restaurant, and outlets by watering and dusting regularly.
• Make the flower arrangement as requested by management or guests special wishes.
• Check, change and provide flowers in every outlet, in the public toilet and in the guest rooms.
