Job summary

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon is seeking a beverage server to greet guests, mix and serve beverages, and provide expert menu recommendations. You will support the F&B team, manage requisitions, and ensure guest satisfaction with each service interaction.

The role requires strong multitasking, team spirit, and knowledge of local liquor laws to ensure compliant service in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage service or bar operations.
• Ability to provide guests with drink recommendations that match food items.
• Knowledge of menu origins, preparations, and ingredients to suggest pairings.
• Capability to mix and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
• Ability to complete beverage and general supply requisitions.
