Job summary

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support purchasing activities for our resort operations. You will obtain quotations, survey markets, and ensure competitive pricing to strengthen supplier relationships.

You will coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, assist the Purchasing Manager with negotiations and purchase orders, and maintain accurate records and catalogs to support efficient procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Procurement.
• 2 to 5 years' experience, depending on education and career background.
• Languages: fluent in English.

• Support procurement activities by obtaining quotations, conducting market surveys, and ensuring competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery, follow up on undelivered items, and maintain accurate purchasing records.
