Job summary

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon is seeking a beverage server to greet guests, mix and serve beverages, and provide expert menu recommendations. You will support the F&B team, manage requisitions, and ensure guest satisfaction with each service interaction.

The role requires strong multitasking, team spirit, and knowledge of local liquor laws to ensure compliant service in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

Experience in beverage service or bar operations.
Ability to provide guests with drink recommendations that match food items.
Knowledge of menu origins, preparations, and ingredients to suggest pairings.
Capability to mix and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
Ability to complete beverage and general supply requisitions.
Commitment to guest satisfaction and communicating feedback to management.
Adherence to Food & Beverage policies and procedures.
Strong multitasking and teamwork attitude and a positive approach.
Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
