Brits Hotel Legian is seeking a Cook to join our hotel kitchen. You will prepare ingredients, cook and present dishes according to standards, and maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment. The role requires collaboration with the kitchen team and strict adherence to SOPs and food safety guidelines.

The position offers opportunities to contribute to high-quality hotel dining experiences and ongoing kitchen operations in a dynamic resort setting on Bali island.

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place according to needs.
• Cook and present dishes per recipe, taste, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and storage areas.
• Monitor storage and usage of ingredients to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor.

A Cook position in a hotel kitchen responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

Prepare food ingredients (mise en place) according to operational needs

Cook and present food according to recipe standards, taste, portion, and hotel presentation requirements

Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and kitchen supplies

Ensure food ingredients are stored properly and fit for use

Monitor food ingredient usage to reduce food waste

Comply with SOP, hygiene standards, and food safety requirements

Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
