Job summary

PT Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end cybersecurity services from Jakarta. You will act as a trusted advisor, align security programs with business goals, and drive service performance with customers.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and identify security improvements in line with ISO 27001 and UU PDP, while exploring opportunities for service growth and upselling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or technology services.
• Experience in security implementations, engineering, SOC, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge across network, data, application, and operations.
• Understanding of ISO 27001 and UU PDP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services (Security Implementation, MSSP, SOC, and Professional Services).
• Ensure service performance against SLA, KPI, contractual obligations and security standards.
• Advise customers by understanding business, risks, and security needs.
• Lead service reviews, QBRs, escalations, and engage senior stakeholders.
• Guide Project Managers, SOC Leads, Implementation Leads, and teams.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen security per ISO 27001 and UU PDP.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement, expansion, cross-selling and upselling.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and continuous improvement.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager to lead our cybersecurity services and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services, including Security Implementation, Managed Security Services, SOC, Technical Support, and Professional Services.

• Ensure service performance meets agreed SLA, KPI, contractual obligations, and security standards.

• Act as a cybersecurity advisor to customers by understanding their business, risks, and security needs and recommending appropriate solutions or improvements.

• Lead service reviews, QBRs, customer escalations, and discussions with senior stakeholders.

• Guide Project Managers, SOC Leads, Implementation Leads, and other cybersecurity teams in delivering effective services.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer security based on ISO 27001, UU PDP, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Identify opportunities for service improvement, business expansion, cross-selling, and upselling.

• Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and continuous service improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or technology services.

• Previous technical experience in areas such as cybersecurity implementation, engineering, SOC/security operations, or technical consulting.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity across areas such as Network, Data, Application, and Security Operations.

• Good understanding of ISO 27001 and UU PDP, with the ability to translate compliance requirements into practical security recommendations.

• Strong customer-facing and advisory skills, including experience engaging senior stakeholders.

• Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify customer needs and business opportunities.

• Experience leading cybersecurity or technology teams, preferably through team leaders or managers.

Preferred: Experience in a System Integrator, Cybersecurity Vendor, MSSP, or Technology Consulting environment. Relevant professional certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
