Job summary

PT ITSEC Asia Tbk is seeking a Project Administration / PMO Support role in Jakarta to assist project managers and delivery teams with setup, tracking, and closing processes. You will maintain schedules, MoMs, deliverables, and client communications while coordinating with Finance and PMO Operations for timesheets, cost tracking, and invoicing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in project administration, operations support, or PMO functions within IT/cybersecurity.
• Advanced expertise in project governance, document management, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and delivery teams in setting up, tracking, and closing projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, MoMs, deliverables, resource logs, and client communications.
• Assist in tracking milestones, timelines, and action items to ensure timely delivery and issue escalation.
• Coordinate with Finance and PMO Operations for timesheet reviews, cost tracking, and invoicing support.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and cybersecurity-specific requirements in all documentation and workflows.
• Schedule and organize internal and external project meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance to support project execution and resource onboarding.
• Identify and raise inefficiencies or risks in the administrative process.
