Job summary

Ensign Infosecurity is seeking an experienced Project Manager to co-manage planning, scheduling and tracking across multiple security tool deployments in Jakarta. You will coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders while tracking risks, issues and cross-workstream dependencies.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in IT/security PM, familiarity with cloud environments, strong communication skills, and will base in Jakarta, with PMP/Prince2/Agile certification a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally on IT/security infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and security-tool implementations (not traditional on-prem infra only).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage planning, scheduling and tracking across multiple concurrent security tool deployments
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Track risks, issues and cross-workstream dependencies; escalate as needed
• Prepare status reports and steering committee materials
• Support resource allocation across the security engineering team
• Keep Phase 1 and Phase 2 milestones on track
