Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and support hydraulic/pneumatic systems for crane products across Indonesia. You will report to the Service Manager and Field Supervisor, ensuring on-time service delivery and safety compliance.

The role requires a Diploma III in Mechanical or Heavy Equipment Engineering, 3 years’ related experience, and willingness to be placed at multiple sites, including Pangkalan Kerinci or Pekanbaru, with

• Diploma III Mechanical or Heavy Equipment Engineering with 3 years’ experience in related jobs.
• Willing to be placed in Pangkalan Kerinci with point of hire Pekanbaru or project assignments around Indonesia.
• Have driving licence (SIM A).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-call duties on Crane Product.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, inspect, repair, and optimize performance per procedures.
• Submit service reports to Field Supervisor within two days of job completion.
• Follow safety regulations including 5-S and ISO awareness.

About the Role

You will do the service execution and on call duties from Crane Service and otherassignments.Reporting to Service Manager & Field Supervisor. We recognize that people come fromdiverse backgrounds and skills and welcome all to apply.

Main Responsibilities

• To do preventive maintenance, trouble shooting and on-call duties of Crane Product
• To be responsible for all hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including inspection,maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and performance optimization, as well ashandling Gripper and Vacuum Lifting Unit (VLU) in accordance with companyprocedures and customer requirements
• Submit complete service report and recommendation to Field Supervisor within two(2) days after job completed and report to supervisor after job completed done
• Implement work safety regulations such as safety driving, working at height, job safetyanalysis, including 5-S are followed
• To assist Field Supervisor and Technician Specialist in field job execution andworkshop activity
• Perform service job following work instruction (technical guidance) in repair andservice agreement and ensure getting approval from customer completely
• Maintain and use service vehicle with fleet management system
• Maintain tools, personal protective equipment and service vehicles
• To perform productivity and control expenses
• To attend service and safety training periodically
• Any other responsibilities as directed by manager
• Signing service report
• Provide technical recommendation
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard

Qualifications

You Have

• Diploma III Mechanical or Heavy Equipment Engineering with 3 years’ experience in
• related jobs
• Work at height and as a team
• Excellent health condition
• Have driving licence (SIM A)
• Willing to be placed in Pangkalan Kerinci with point of hire Pekanbaru or project
• assignment in around Indonesia
• Willing to be hired under Outsource
