Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a service technician to execute crane service tasks, perform preventive maintenance, and provide on-call support across Indonesia. You will report to the Service Manager and collaborate with field supervisors to ensure safe, high-quality service deliveries.

The role requires a Diploma III in Electrical, 3 years' related experience, ability to work at height, a SIM A license, and willingness to be placed at Pekanbaru or project sites around Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Diploma III Electrical with 3 years related experience
• Able to work at height and in a team
• Have driving license (SIM A)
• Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru or project assignments around Indonesia
• Willing to be hired under Outsource

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of crane product.
• Troubleshoot crane product issues.
• On-call duties for crane service.
• Submit complete service report and recommendations within two days after job completed.
• Ensure safety regulations including 5-S are followed.
• Assist Field Supervisor in field and workshop activities.
• Perform service work per instruction and obtain customer approval.
• Maintain and use service vehicle, PPE and tools.
• Attend service and safety trainings periodically.
• Sign service reports and provide technical recommendations.
• Maintain ISO 14001 & 45001 awareness.
