Konecranes is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-call duties for crane products in Indonesia. You will report to the Service Manager and Field Supervisor, ensuring safety and compliance during field and workshop activities.

The role requires a Diploma III Electrical with 3 years’ experience, a driving license, and willingness to be placed in Pangkalan Kerinci or Pekanbaru with travel across Indonesia. Outsourced hiring is possible.

Formación

• Diploma III Electrical or vocational training in electrical with 3 years’ related experience.
• Ability to work at height and collaborate in a team.
• Hold a SIM A driving license.
• Willing to be placed in Pangkalan Kerinci or Pekanbaru with travel around Indonesia.
• Willing to be hired under Outsource.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance of crane products.
• Troubleshoot crane products.
• On-call duties for crane products.
• Submit service reports within two days after job completion and report to supervisor.
• Ensure safety regulations and 5-S are followed.
• Assist Field Supervisor in field and workshop activities.
• Follow work instructions for repairs and service agreements.
• Maintain and use service vehicle with fleet management system.
• Attend service and safety trainings.
• Provide technical recommendations.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.
