Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Field Service Technician to execute crane service tasks, perform preventive maintenance, and handle on-call duties. The role reports to the Service Manager & Field Supervisor and requires readiness for assignments in Indonesia with travel as needed.

Candidate must have a Diploma III in Mechanical or Heavy Equipment Engineering, 3 years of relevant experience, and a valid SIM A license.

Qualifications

• Diploma III in Mechanical or Heavy Equipment Engineering with 3 years’ experience in related jobs.
• Work at height and as a team.
• Excellent health condition.
• Holding a valid SIM A driving license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and on-call duties for Crane Product.
• Responsible for hydraulic and pneumatic systems: inspection, maintenance, repair and optimization.
• Submit complete service reports to Field Supervisor within 2 days after job completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations including 5S and working at height.

Job Description

About the Role

You will do the service execution and on call duties from Crane Service and other assignments. Reporting to Service Manager & Field Supervisor. We recognize that people come from diverse backgrounds and skills and welcome all to apply.

Main Responsibilities

• To do preventive maintenance, trouble shooting and on-call duties of Crane Product
• To be responsible for all hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and performance optimization, as well as handling Gripper and Vacuum Lifting Unit (VLU) in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements
• Submit complete service report and recommendation to Field Supervisor within two (2) days after job completed and report to supervisor after job completed done
• Implement work safety regulations such as safety driving, working at height, job safety analysis, including 5-S are followed
• To assist Field Supervisor and Technician Specialist in field job execution and workshop activity
• Perform service job following work instruction (technical guidance) in repair and service agreement and ensure getting approval from customer completely
• Maintain and use service vehicle with fleet management system
• Maintain tools, personal protective equipment and service vehicles
• To perform productivity and control expenses
• To attend service and safety training periodically
• Any other responsibilities as directed by manager
• Signing service report
• Provide technical recommendation
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard

Qualifications

You Have

• Diploma III Mechanical or Heavy Equipment Engineering with 3 years’ experience in
• related jobs
• Work at height and as a team
• Excellent health condition
• Have driving licence (SIM A)
• Willing to be placed in Pangkalan Kerinci with point of hire Pekanbaru or project
• assignment in around Indonesia
• Willing to be hired under Outsource
