Peoplyee seeks a Customs Clearance and Customer Service Officer to handle import/export declarations, liaise with customs authorities, and communicate shipment statuses to clients from its Jakarta base. The role focuses on accurate documentation, timely clearance, and proactive issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 3 years of experience in customs clearance, with preferred ties to Jakarta authorities. No driver licence required; THR is provided.

• Established working relationships with customs authorities in Jakarta would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Review import and export customs declaration documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with customs authorities regarding clearance procedures, documentation, and inquiries.
• Identify and resolve customs clearance issues to prevent delays.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and customs clearance matters.
• Provide timely customer support and maintain accurate records of clearance activities.
