Job summary

PT TSING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CCR L1 & L2) to provide professional support in a BPO setup. Open to fresh graduates and candidates with call center experience. Training, clear standards, and career pathways are provided.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries per SOP, escalating unresolved issues, and ensuring follow-up until resolution. Candidates should have Windows and MS Office proficiency, good English, and willingness to work night

Qualifications

• Preferred graduates from Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related Science and Engineering fields.
• Proficient in Windows, MS Office and Outlook for email and file handling.
• Good English reading/writing for L1; L2 for daily service communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer consultation per SOP and service module guidelines.
• Record customer issues and escalate to relevant teams when within SLA cannot be resolved.
• Follow up escalated cases until closure and hand over when needed to TL or colleague.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction with professional service attitude and standard processes.
