Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via telephone, fax, and mail.
• Coordinate with sales, other departments, and production on delivery of goods and services.
• Handle customer complaints according to company procedures and drive cross‑department improvements.
• Provide order management support including order entry and expediting/shipment information.
• Authorize credits/refunds within policy and procedures.
• Maintain updated customer profiles and communicate developments to customers.
• Support selling activities to respond to management needs.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and complete order fulfillment.
• Adhere to Safety and 5S practices.
