Job summary

PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk is seeking a professional to efficiently manage the Order to Cash process, coordinating purchase orders, deliveries, and issue resolution with distributors and customers. The role emphasizes accuracy, policy adherence, and data integrity.

The candidate will act as the frontline between demand and supply, monitoring orders, supporting OTIF targets, and handling transport administration including 3PL invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in Demand-Supply, Purchase Order Fulfillment and/or Order To Cash.
• Proficient using SAP S/4 Hana, Microsoft Office (especially Ms. Excel), Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and fulfill the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle.
• Coordinate delivery and handle issues with distributors or customers.
• Maintain records and monitor order and delivery KPIs to support OTIF targets.
• Handle trucking management and schedule shipments.
• Administer 3PL invoices and related paperwork.

An operational bridge between demand and delivery within the Order-to-Cash cycle and lead the end-to-end fulfillment process—balancing customer requirements with warehouse and logistics capabilities—to ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery

Job Description

Responsible for efficiently and accurately company’s order to cash processes in accordance to standard policy & procedure. Operational handling- Process purchase orders, Coordinate delivery, Handle issues with distributor/customer, maintain records

Serve as the frontline in coordinating between demand – supply to delivering highest customer’s satisfaction at lowest cost, improving KPI’s. Monitor order & delivery, support OTIF targets, Data accuracy, Escalate gaps

Trucking management - Order trucks, coordinate operational plans & shipment schedule

Handle administrations of 3PL invoices, etc.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, preferably Industrial Engineering
